    American businessman and sports team owner

    Arthur Morris Blank (born September 27, ) is an American businessman. He is best known for being a co-founder of the home improvement retailer The Home Depot.[2]

    Blank owns two professional sports teams based in Atlanta, Georgia&#;&#; the Atlanta Falcons of the National Football League (NFL) and Atlanta United FC of Major League Soccer (MLS), the latter of which won the MLS Cup[3]&#;&#; and is chairman of their parent company, AMB Group LLC.

    Arthur Blank was born in Flushing, New York.[4] He was born to Jewish parents, Max Blank, a pharmacist, and Molly Blank. He has an older brother named Michael. Blank graduated from Stuyvesant High School in New York City.[5]
